Our restaurant was never designed to be a typical hotel dining room. It grew out of the same belief that built the farmhouse — that the best experiences happen when everything is genuine, local, and made with care.
Our chefs are from nearby villages. They cook the dishes their families have made for generations — lakror with wild cabbages foraged from the hills, fresh fish from Lake Koman, milk cream porridge that has been part of the Albanian breakfast table for centuries.
Seasonal and local produce is used whenever possible, including vegetables, herbs and fruits from our own organic garden. When something isn’t in season, we don’t serve it.
